The Wandering Mother | Buy & Bite Farringdon

Buy & Bite Farringdon opens this Monday!

Buy & Bite Farringdon opens this Monday!

Love healthy, freshly prepared food? Love Asian or fusion food? If the answer’s yes then this is a place to visit when going on a foodie find. Discovering new places to eat has become a new hobby of mine. I love trying out different dishes and cuisines and when I was asked to come along to Buy & Bite’s new opening launch last week I was thrilled!

Food: healthy, Asian fusion

It was a great turnout, the food was delicious and SO FRESH! We had a selected menu – I chose the meat option and went for a chicken noodle bowl. Of course, bubble tea is always a good choice and had to pick one up too. For something sweet I just went for a mochi ball but the sweet potato balls looked amazing. My sister had the spicy korean chicken bao bun to accompany her noodle bowl and said that was amazing too. The bao bun was super soft and fluffy and all the meats were seasoned wonderfully.

I’ll definitely be back in the next couple of weeks to see the full menu and try out the amazing beef omurice and sweet potato balls!

Location: Farringdon, in the city

Farringdon’s a central location, a little out of my way but definitely a food stop for me if I’m in or around the area. There’s not much foodie places in the area from what I could see (Nandos opposite the train station, two pubs, and a few foodie places dotted around. Buy & Bite will make a great addition to the area, especially if you’re working around the area and just want something healthy and wholesome to get you through the day. Apparently they also serve breakfast and do a great selection of teas and coffees too!

Buy & Bite will be open to the public this Monday, 6th September.

Nearest station: Farringdon – 3 mins walk away.

Location: 5A Cowcross street, Farringdon, London EC1M 6DW
